The Best Dining Spots (All cuisines) in Goa in 2026
A lot of you have been to Goa a lot of the times, but, sometimes you do miss the best spots - somehow. Here, I will give you a list of some of the finest dining spots in Goa. Be it rooftop, be it Italian, be it South Indian, this list comprises of my personal experience, taste and review.
So check this list out - And DO NOT MISS to eat in these if you are in Goa.
1. Leão [Roadhouse] Pizzeria, Restaurant & Bar - Italian Cuisine
If you are looking out for the most aesthetic setting while having the most amazing Pizza - Don’t miss going to Leão [Roadhouse] Pizzeria. Set under the trees with both outdoor and indoor seating available - this is one of the cutest places to have a Pizza in. It is an old Portuguese house turned cafe and is a vibe for couples, friends and families alike. Pizza are slow fermented with a Thin crust base. I personally tried their Ortolana Pizza and a Cold coffee but there’s a lot more than you can try.
The Pizza was 4/5 but the place and the ambience is what matters. Pricing is decent with Pizzas ranging from INR 400-700 depending on Veg and Non veg.

2. Banana Leaf - South Indian Cuisine
If you’re a South Indian cuisine Lover, then there can’t be a better place than Banana Leaf in Candolim Goa. This place was jammed packed even in the so-called “off season.” I visited in the morning around 11:30 AM for breakfast. The ambience and the interior is pretty cool and decent. It’s actually very very good. The Food - WOW! I ordered a Open Benne Dosa, a Thuppa Masala Dosa and a Thatte Idli along with Fresh Pineapple Juice. Everything was absolutely amazingly delicious. Open Benne Dosa isa MUST TRY! Fresh Juice was chilled and literally soothing fresh!
The pricing is very decent. We paid around INR 750 for 4 items which is quite decent!
3. Novu Rooftop Dining - Resto & Bar
Rooftop lovers, couples, friends - If you miss this, you miss most! Situated atop the Acacia Hotel in Candolim Goa, it is one of the finest rooftop restaurant in Goa. The ambience is pretty nice, the views are very decent and the Food is very very good. Infact, it’s excellent!
I ordered a Veg Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, a Chicken Cafreal (Goan Dish with a thick herb gravy) and some butter Naan. The food is absolutely mind blowing. Biryani was finger licking good. The Chicken Cafreal was one of the most unique chicken main courses dishes I had. It was so tender and the gravy felt very unique. It’s a MUST TRY!
Prices are slightly on the higher side - But you should expect that from a rooftop restaurant. But, they are WORTH IT!
